She is a keynote speaker, author, mentor and mother. She has worked with multiple Fortune 500 companies over the years, serving as a Board of Directors Leader, and speaking to organizations, universities, and as a keynote for the last 20 years. She is dedicated to facilitation of the tough conversation about mental illness and suicide prevention while working on ending the stigma of mental health in the workplace.

Currently she is working on her latest initiative, #2020LivesChanged: how all lives changed in 2020 as a result of the global pandemics of COVID-19, unemployment, and the increased visibility of systemic racism. She will be releasing her debut novel, After the Suicide: Leading with Love and Light, in 2021.
