Benaisha Poole-Watson’s life began with very humble beginnings, to say the least. At the age of 7, she became a latch-key kid, walking home from school and passing active gang members, drug dealers, and prostitutes through the streets of South-Central Los Angeles’s Crenshaw District. She’d arrive home only to find herself alone, while her mother worked from sunup to sundown to provide. Growing up, she suffered loss as many classmates and even a close friend were killed by gang violence.
With God’s grace, Benaisha was discovered by The Gap and at the age of 15 and then began walking major runways for the GAP, FUBU, and various other clothing lines.
Fast forward to today… with God at the wheel, Benaisha has sold over 400 homes a year and been recognized by Black Enterprise and Forbes. She is a real estate investor, developer and builder of custom homes, and also the owner of The Bailey Watson Real Estate Group with licensed agents across the nation. And it doesn’t stop here! She is also the owner of her own federally-chartered bank, operating as a direct lender: Prime One Home Loans.
Benaisha holds a Double Master’s Degree in Political Management and Public Administration, a law degree, and served in the United States Air Force for 9 years.
Please join us in welcoming and celebrating Benaisha Poole-Watson, on April 19, 2022.
